CORTEX 16kg Standard Kettlebell

With the Cortex 16kg Standard Kettle Bell, you'll experience an intense strength and cardio workout, with minimal equipment. Our standard kettle bells use an EnduraCast design, with a heavy duty plastic casing to withstand intense workouts. During a workout, and after use, our standard kettle bells stand upright and stable on a wide and flat base. Whether starting your collection or adding to it, the Cortex 16kg Standard Kettle Bells is an affordable way to achieve a gym quality kettle bell workout at home.

Kettlebells are exceptional training tools, allowing development of total body strength, power and endurance. They work the body across a wide range of angles, such as workouts involving squats, throws, cleans, jerks, snatches, rotational swings and more.

Our economical kettlebells are cement encased in heavy duty plastic for excellent durability. The plastic encasing minimises damage to flooring, and has a smooth surface for good feel and comfortable grip.
